Alun brings over 20 years of international experience in quantity surveying and construction cost management services that includes the UK, EMEA and Australia.

This experience covers a large variety of project developments that range from the simple to very complex design and procurement arrangements. He has key consultancy skills that include cost management systems, benchmarking, full project consultancy and contract administration services.

 

Alun has extensive knowledge in new build and refurbishment / make good projects in city centres and out of town sites as well as social and affordable housing initiatives with indigenous business parties.

Bank financier / construction cost validation reports have been regularly undertaken in recent years as well as insurance replacement cost assessments for a variety of clients with both standard and complex assets.

​

Alun has been an ardent supporter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) having mentored several colleagues over the years who then successfully passed their application for professional competency (APC).
